You can track when your order has been shipped by
checking your "Rental Queue". You can see
when a movie has been shipped, the estimated arrival date, and other
movies in your Rental Queue to be shipped when a DVD is returned.
How do
I suggest a new video?
We are always looking to add to our inventory of
quality entertainment. If you would like
to suggest a DVD, please send an e-mail to DVDsuggestions@piusmedia.com. In your e-mail, please include the title, lead
actors, director, and the year the movie was made.

confirmation?
Piusmedia sends e-mail confirmations with every order
as well as the return of DVDs. First, verify that your correct
e-mail address is registered by going to the "My Account Information"
page. Next, please make sure that any spam filters you may have
on your computer allow e-mail from Piusmedia.com.
How do I become a
Piusmedia DVD Club
member?
It's easy! Simply follow
our step by step membership registration and you are ready to rent!! You will need to provide your current mailing
address and a valid credit card number.
How
long does it take for me to
receive my selections?
Piusmedia ships daily when the Post Office is open. The mail delivery time varies from 2-5 days
depending upon your location. Piusmedia is
located in Jacksonville,
Florida.
I have lost the sleeve for
the DVD...Now What?
No problem... just return the DVD in
the mailer provided and include your name. This way, we will be
able to easily process your return and send you your next selection.
How do
I cancel my membership account?
While we are sad that you need to cancel your
membership, Piusmedia makes it easy for you. Simply
go to your "My Account Information" page. In
the "My Account" section, select "Cancel my membership" and follow the
steps.
How
often is my account charged?
Member's credit card will be billed monthly on the date
that you signed up. A sales tax of 6% will
be applied for members living in Florida (a sur tax is added where
applicable). No tax will be applied for
members who reside outside the state of Florida.
Is my
billing information safe?
Your safety and satisfaction are our primary concern. We use GeoTrust SSL Web Server Certificates
provided by Catholic Web Hosting service which secures communication to
and from Piusmedia.com by encrypting all data.
What is a
Rental Queue?
A Rental Queue is your list of titles you want to watch. You can prioritize this list.
The titles will be shipped to you based upon availability and
priority.
I lost the
postage-paid envelope, what
